La deforestaci\u00f3n y la degradaci\u00f3n de ecosistemas se producen, principalmente, en \u00e1reas sin propiedad. La indefinici\u00f3n favorece el saqueo, agotamiento de recursos y la degradaci\u00f3n de ecosistemas.
